This is a very easy one. People seem to be getting away from having a blog roll. But that's where I like to read blogs from, so mine is staying. I also look for new blogs for Welcome Wagon on other blogs' blog rolls. To each their own.
Here is my pet peeve. Once in awhile go through the blogs you have on there and see if they're actually in existence. Because many times I take the time to click on a bunch and they're long gone. Or they haven't posted in a year and a half. Or whatever.
So once a month, maybe, click on everyone in your blog roll, if you have one, and see if the link is still live. See if they've basically stopped posting. See if they've gone private and only invited readers can now read it.
The good thing about a blog roll (aside from the fact that some like me read blogs from it as they're updated) is that it gives others a little traffic push. If there are bloggers on there that aren't even posting, consider getting rid of them and let someone else have that space. That's what I call "good blogger karma."
Spread the "blogger karma love," folks.
That's it!
